how much weight have you lost so far? 4 lbs. possibly more, its been awhile since i've weighed in.
2. how long have you been losing weight? Since April 1, 2004
3. what eating plan, if any, are you following? none, i don't believe in them as it won't be something I can do for life.
4. if you aren't following a specific plan, what are you doing eating wise to lose weight? under 1800 calories per day, under 50 grams of fat and reduced carbs. All of these calories and fat are coming from healthy things though. I stay away from fried fatty foods. I drink 3-4 liters of water per day.
5. what kind of exercise do you do? Day 1 - 30 mins. Cardio, full body weights
Day 2- 30 mins. of Cardio, lower body weights Day 3 - 30 Mins Cardio, upper body weights Day 4 - 45 Mins. Cardio or Aerobics class. On all days, I also do abs and stretching.
6. how often during a week do you exercise? 3-5 times per week.
7. do you reward yourself with anything after meet a weight loss goal? what kind of reward? Um, I haven't fully decided but once I get to my final goal weight, there will be a huge shopping spree involved
