Tomorrow is my 2 month mark for this new way of living, so I have to weigh, measure and restart myself! Im excited about measuring though! I think this monthI'll assign myself a certain number of activities to do, or a # of miles to walk weekly. Has anyone tried this? I read this somewhere, but I dont remember where. If anyone has tried it this way...How do you like it? Does it work well for you? Any input is helpful.
