I didn't make my Valentine's Day goal of losing the 6lbs. I gained over Christmas, but looking on the bright side, I did lose 1/3rd of it, which is better than staying the same or gaining more - so I'll take it and just work harder!!
I made my goal i am solidly into size XL and almost all the clothes in the plus size are too big. I would be happier if they had clothes i like in the regular sizes now...
I didn't make my goal of getting back to 210. I actually *gained* the amount of weight (7 pounds) that I had wanted to lose. So now I need to lose 14 pounds to get back to 210. I hate this
Didn't make my weight goal (3.5#s away)....but was pleased overall with my food & exercise. I think that I will try not to make my next challenge goal a weight one! I am trying to remind myself to focus on the healthy behaviours that make me lose weight!
