    Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!!
  • Lost 2 lbs this week! Started working out with a trainer again.

I am determined that this will be the last time I "start again"!

I started reading Dr. Phil's new book at the advice of my trainer. I'm going through it slowly, but it's really making an impact.
  • Oh my goodness!! I finally found this dern thread!I posted on it once awhile back, but i forgot to subscribe to it and haven't since. As of today I will. I re-started on 01/01/03 at250, but trickled off for a time now I am on my final attempt that began on September 11th of this year ( great date to start a ne life huh?) I was at 233 that day and now I'm at 225. 8 pound loss total so far. I say it's my final attempt because I am changing my lifestyle, not dieting. I am eating healthy and exercising. I'll check in weekly, my weigh in is on Friday mornings!

  • Way to go inca!! 25 lbs!
  • Congrats Inca! Isn't it nice to have a special magnet to hold up your 10lb ribbons? I remember telling my sister I got my "25lb magnet" and my little niece saying "That's one heavy magnet!"
  • Down 3 more. That makes 30 total. The tea pot is mine!! /cheer
  • Still bouncing back and forth between 154 and 155 for two weeks now. How nice to hit a plateau with only 4-5 pounds to go!! Ugh! Oh well, I'll get there... eventually. Good job everyone! You're doing awsome. Sandi, this new plan seems to be the one. Keep up the good work.

  • Wow! Some excellent losses this week - well done everyone!

    Love Amanda xx
  • Only 1 (point 4), but it put me with a total of 35 down so I'm happy.

  • I can't believe what a bunch of big losers you all are!

Way to go everyone, I think a record for losses has been broken this week, and I truly hope the trend continues (at least until my weigh-in on Saturday)
