Hi Diana!
I just wanted to pop in and say I am proud of you. Posting that you joined OA, had your first binge free day, etc..is I am sure encouraging for many who probably read this but won't say anything. I know you will be back to below 200 before you know it! Keep up the good work. I know how it is, day in, day out counting calories, but it's worth it!
