Part of my plan is to leave something over. It's just a way to learn that you don't have to eat everything on your plate, even if you "have it coming to you." It's a hard modification to maintain, but it really is a great binge stopper. You put a little something to the side and then really think about whether you want to eat it or get your check mark for that meal. By the time you're finished thinking about it, not eating that little smidge doesn't seem like that big a deal. Try it...it works! Good luck!
