My workout routine
Hey guys, I'm new here. I just felt like sharing my daily workout routine. I do jumping jacks on a daily basis because I have arm and back fat and it really helps in burning fat. I also do burpees, squats and lunges. I don't have to go to gym, I do this at home. So that's some of my workout routines, please I'm open to more suggestions and ideas to losing weight. Thanks
