ALL the weight? I haven't really thought that far in advance.... I mean, I know there are things I want to be able to do -- like get down on the floor and play with Gem, ride a rollercoaster, learn how to skate, go horsebackriding. But nothing specifically linked to my final goal.
Maybe go scuba diving with Hunter. He was a certified Master Diver when he was younger and he speaks of diving with such joy. I'd love to be able to share that with him. He really wanted to be a professional diver, but a perforated ear drum stopped that idea.
In fact, we had talked at one time of going to Australia for our tenth anniversary, so he could dive the Great Barrier Reef. Instead we got a house and a baby. /grin Maybe we can start thinking about that again.
i want to run dive climb surf hike cycle anyting that is extreme or energetic i would really love to take part in something along the lines of the eco challange.
I plan on rewarding myself by flying to Chicago next June to meet up with lots of you and participate in multiple celebrations of our collective successes - can't wait!!
Hey, Si, stop that right now!! I hope you don't think that all women are that shallow.
I want you guys to know that I asked my husband out, and it was the best move I ever made. I'm pretty shy so it was hard, but the more I saw him, and the more I heard about him, I knew I wanted to go out with him. He's no big handsome hunk except in my eyes. He also didn't call me after the first date and I chased him down (he'd lost his contacts and didn't want me to see him in his glasses that he'd had since high school) because I knew he was The One.
We've been married 22 years now, and he's loved me fatter, thinner, richer and poorer. It only gets better. Asking him out was the best thing I ever did.
