Getting out of the 230 and 220

  • 227.7 today. Have recalculated my kcal needs and macros as that's 13 lbs lost since "resetting" in August.

  • After a weekend of not tracking and consuming about 4 gin rickeys on Sunday, I peaked rebounded to 231.3, back down to 229.7 today. for getting back to 227ish in the next few days.
  • Down 1.1 lb since yesterday for a weigh in of 228.6 this AM.
  • 228.2 today-- slowed down after last week's whoosh, but I'll take it. I started doing bodyweight strength training circuits the other day, so I'm impressed that the water retention isn't worse!
  • I'll most definitely be joining this thread!! Last time I was on the forum, I was posting in the "180s" club and now I'm back at square one.. I just restarted my journey today. I weighed in today at 228.2 lbs..

    After another spike up to the 230s, the water weight seems to be whooshing again. My goal for October is 221!

    10/1: 228.2 (-0.2)
    10/2: 228.5 (+0.3)
    10/3: 231.6 (+3.1)
    10/4: 229.8 (-1.8)
    10/5: 228.4 (-1.4)

  • After a significant whoosh to lose all of the last week and a half's water weight, I'm down to 226.1 today-- I'm very excited to have been able to cross off a goal in my signature (re-cross it off, really). Onward and downward!
  • 225.4 today! More than halfway to my next dancing vegetable in my signature

  • Denise, way to go! That's one heck of a whoosh I'm 226.8 this morning after a month of roller coasting with a peak of 233 and change. Onward and downward
  • 226.7 for this morning's weigh-in. I'm finally able to get back into the hot yoga studio now that the semester is winding down and I've had a cortisone shot for my hip.
