Me three for
www.calorieking.com I have their program for my Palm Pilot so I can enter the food when I eat it. The website tracks my water as well as food & exercise.
I've tried fitday.com a couple of times and find their whole interface too cumbersome, especially compared to Calorie King. I'm not much for journalling in the first place and trying to make fitday find my foods (and remember them!) is more trouble than it's worth. With CalorieKing I can create custom foods and custom menus (ie. combine bacon, eggs & coffee as "breakfast 1") and easily select them. Also, calorie king has most major restaurants in it's database so I don't have to guess all the time.
There is also a really good tool for WW for the Palm Pilot called WWCalc and sites like
http://akasha.freeshell.org/ww/pilot where you can get comprehensive restaurant lists with their point values. The latest version of WW Calc (4.xx) does the new flex point system.
