Sunday: 30 minutes of strength training

Monday:rest day


Tuesday: Leisa Hart-Burn the Fat 30 minute video, Tamilee Webb
10 minute seated stretch


Wednesday: The Firm-Super Body sculpt (strength training upper and lower body and abs) 45m-Tamilee Webb 10 minute standing stretch


Thursday: Tamilee Webb-Tighter Assets Cardio Blast-30 minutes

Friday:The firm Super Body Sculpt-upper and lower body strength
Ab work from Leisa Hart Tone N Ten series

.5 hr workout, including circuit machines and 1.5 stationary bike miles at level 2.
.5 mile of swimming laps -- I'm gradually increasing the number of freestyle laps I'm doing, and am trying to do more speed laps.

Wednesday

1 water aerobics class
.25 miles laps (I sprinted two laps and lived! And I sped on two others)

1 deep water aerobics class
.25 miles of laps

Sunday - 30 min on the crosstrainer, 1 hr lower body weights

Monday - 30 min on the crosstrainer, 30 min on the bike

Tuesday - 30 min on the crosstrainer, 40 min upperbody weights

Wednesday - 25 min on the crosstrainer, 40 min lower body weights, 20 min on the bike, 15 min oxycise video

Thursday - 30 min on the crosstrainer, 5 min on rowing machine, 20 min on bike, 15 min oxycise video

Friday - 35 min on the crosstrainer, 45 min upper body weights, 15 min oxycise video

i did my fat eliminator tae today, yay me! even though i got fired, i didn't get knocked down.

Sunday: two hours housecleaning (Hunter had to work, so I had to prep the house for our weekly get-together by myself. /sigh)

Monday: 30 minute tape -- Leslie Sansone 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds for Abs

Tuesday: 40 minutes cumulative walking -- 20 minutes weight lifting -- 10 minutes elliptical trainer (that sucker's HARD) -- 25 minutes walking on treadmill

Wednesday: 30 minutes cumulative walking -- 20 minute tape (The Method: Afro-Brazilian Cardio)


Thursday: 40 minutes cumulative walking -- 30 minutes lifting at the gym -- 15 minutes on elliptical trainer (5 minutes more than last time!!)

i just did both segments of minna's emergency workout, so that was a whole hour. whew. it's weird having all this extra time to do workouts like that.

I've been kind of lazy so far this week -- I'll have to really work to get in my five days of exercise!

Sunday - Nothing

Monday - Nothing

Tuesday - 30 minutes aerobics (Tamilee Webb's Motown Moves) + 20 minutes toning (Joyce Vedral's Bone-building, Body-shaping Upper Body)

Wednesday - 30 minutes aerobics (Gloria Quinlan - Macarena Workout) + 30 minutes toning (JV Bone-building, Body-shaping, Lower body & back)

Thursday - 30 minutes aerobics (Kathy Smith - March to Fitness) + 35 minutes stretching (Karen Voight's Pure & Simple Stretch)

Friday - Nothing

Saturday - 20 minute walk, 30 minutes aerobics (Leslie Sansone - 2 Mile Walk), 30 minutes toning (Leslie Sansone - Firm Up Fast)

Monday- 12,000 steps or in Sprout terms about 6 miles also 15 min. of Yoga

Tuesday- another 12,000 steps

Wednesday- Killer UBWO BFL style WOOOHOOOOOO! so far 7,000 steps

Plan for Thursday is a LBWO also BFL style.

Wednesday - 30 minute video and tons of housecleaning!
Thursday - 30 minute video
Friday - 20 minute belly dancing video. Whoa. My abs hurt.
Saturday - 20 minute fast paced walk, 10 minutes exercise video, leg workout and stretch.
