yesterday night i did my 20 minute pilates tape, didn't have as much time as i sometimes do. surprisingly, it was much easier than i ever remember it being, i think my tummy muscles are getting stronger!
Got my LBWO done. Steps for yesterday 9,324. Steps so far today 5,555.
