Thanks for all the wise thoughts, everyone.
I lost 60 pounds using weightwatchers in 2000-2001, and I've gained back about 35. I'm lucky, because my fiance (we live together) is really good about cooking light. He is a huge help and a great source of companionship in my weight loss journey - otherwise known as my life!Still, it's a constant struggle for me to stay on top of my weight.
I'm not doing ww or any plan right now, just watching calories, fat and sodium. Recently i was diagnosed with meniere's disease and sodium must be strictly controlled. Also, I'm on and off prednisone a lot (for chronic asthma), and it makes my apetite soar out of control while simultaneoulsy making me retain fluid. There's a bunch of excuses, right? Is there anyone out there who's taken prednisone and can give me advice? I've been doing it for years, contributing to my overweight.
