Hi everyone! I would love to join your group. I used to be on this site and for some reason drifted away. My weight has been up and down and now it's higher than ever. I am so tired of being out of control!! I need accountability and support. I truly look forward to being a part of this community and getting to know you all.

So yesterday afternoon at work I had a bit of a scare. I suddenly developed cramps just like I used to get during my period before I started Depo Provera. For about an hour at work I couldn't do anything but walk and breathe and lie down on the table in the office. I took some Tylenol and the pain eventually subsided and I was able to finish my day. I took note of this because it's the first time it's happened in over a year, since being on Depo. I just hope that the shot is keeping my endometriosis under control. Because at this point my only other option would be to go into medically-induced menopause and I don't feel ready for that.

Good morning everyone!! Weighed in at 183,4 today, which is way higher than I thought it would be. I was very bloated yesterday due to a chickpea overload so I'm not worrying about it too much.
I have 40 minutes of exercise planned out and breakfast has been good: one whole grain toast (no sugar added) with pure crunchy peanut butter, a banana, peach, and a homemade americano. My goal for the day is to eat less for dinner and no night snack

Good Thursday Morning Everyone I can't believe that it's September already I'm starting this month off with a fast, mind over matter lol The weather is just beautiful this morning. Hazel and I did 3 miles and I will use the total gym later.

back Teresa It's a pleasure to meet you. Are you following any particular plan?

muguet You have a great plan for today. I love chickpeas I make this chickpea filling for my wraps, it's so yummy.

Good morning all!

I didn't weigh in today, because I woke up super thirsty and drank a bottle of water before my eyes were even open lol. That's what I get for having a corn dogs-and-tater-tots dinner with the hubby while watching a football game! So, my start weight this month will be yesterday's low of 301.4. I'm hoping to hit 295 by the end of the month... though I'll be happy if I lose anything at all (especially if I'm gonna eat cinnamon rolls and corn dogs and tater tots lol).

I did a 3 mile WATP exercise yesterday, and it was pretty great! When I started I thought "I'm gonna die before I'm done with this..." but towards the middle of mile 3 when it was at the fastest pace, I was hot and sweaty and red faced and my heart rate was up... but I wasn't winded. It was the weirdest thing, and I have no idea what it means. It could be a sign of good health or a sign that I'm dying and I have no clue either way.

I'm gonna do just 2 miles today because my foot is bothering me a bit. I have a partially torn ligament (torn from the bone, not from itself) in my right ankle that a foot doctor told me could heal on it's own over time (more likely if I lose weight - another reason to stop being fat, heh), it could stay how it is, or it could tear completely and need surgery if I over do it. He advised me to take it easy for a bit if I noticed significant pain or swelling. So, since I woke up to a little bit of pain in that ankle I'm gonna keep it to 2 miles, and allow myself to stop if I need to.

I woke up to see 158.6 on the scale today, my red line weight. Boo. Looks like my carboholic week has caught up with me (seriously, I ate cookies for lunch on Tuesday... it's been a BAD week.) Back to diligent tracking, low carb, and staying under my calorie limit until I'm back down to the lower end of my maintenance range (153-158.) I hate adulting sometimes.

Curvy we don't have any meetings I wish we did. People get upset when you tell them something or correct them but if we were all on the same page everyone would know. Meetings keep everyone in the know and no one can say they didn't/don't know. LOL Curvy I wish we could meet ... I put on a good front, my husband and kids will tell you. The kindness has me screaming inside (but thank goodness my husband's ears are always open). You probably say what I'd like to say but don't know how to say in a diplomatic way so I just grin and keep it moving

Well my scale was down 2lbs this morning not sure how but OK ... it keeps acting up (I think it's the cheap Dollar Tree batteries) so we shall see if I'm up 4lbs in the morning, smh. I'm gonna get some good batteries today. I can't stand to start the month off at a lower weight ... it just means I have to work (really work) to get under it
