100-120 lbs...
Last time I check my weight, I was 225.9 lbs, so it was a slight gain from 220. I'm only 5'0, so I know the normal weight range for me is supposed to be between 97 and 120 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs to get to for now but I may try to lose more. How much should I shoot for? 100 lbs or 120 lbs?
