100-120 lbs...

  • Last time I check my weight, I was 225.9 lbs, so it was a slight gain from 220. I'm only 5'0, so I know the normal weight range for me is supposed to be between 97 and 120 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs to get to for now but I may try to lose more. How much should I shoot for? 100 lbs or 120 lbs?
  • Honestly, I would wait until you are a lot closer to set a final goal. There are a lot of factors that go in to what that final goal is. How your clothes fit, how much muscle you have. What will require more effort to maintain than you are willing to give.
