SmallSteps, I'm glad to see you come back. I didn't see the post from last week you're referring to until I did a search just now.
It seems your username is VERY appropriate. Life and grief and dealing with weight issues is a series of small steps. Some days the steps are even steps backward - but we almost always manage to realize that isn't the direction we want to go and start making those steps forward again.
