Hey! I'm jumping in on this to hold me accountable for my exercise! I very likely will not weigh myself every day, but my plan is to continue with c25k in the morning before work, then go to fitness/strength classes in the evening after work. I'm a teacher, so I've found that doing cardio in the morning is the only way I actually do it! It's nice because the endorphins usually carry me through to noon, although I highly dislike the "getting up" part.
One of my New Year's Resolutions was to set weekly wellness goals for myself because I operate best under a challenge. I've done extremely well the month of January, so I can't wait to see what February brings! Good luck to all of y'all!

Challenge 1: If I cuss at all, I have to do ten burpees. (This was my friend's idea because she recently informed me that I need to quit dropping the f-bomb so frequently.)

I tend to become a little obsessive if I weigh too often. I leave it for once a week...Friday AM. I'll used this though to mark what I have done on each day. Thanks!

BTW did I let you guys know that I got an offer from the gym where I was part of a 3 week study that they are offering me a free month? I'm sure it's a gimmick to get me to stay, but hey...it'll get me through most of the rainy season here!!

we are neck and neck in weight.. Looks like you have a great plan. I'll try and join you for the exercise, but mine is only 15 minutes. I'd like to work up to 30 min.
Hmmmmmmm...ok. I've been struggling. Daily accountability may help...although I'm frightened to weigh in tomorrow as I've been having such a crap time lately, I know I've gone way up. Oh well! Knowledge can only be helpful.
End of February Goal:195 (where I was before I fell off the wagon. I'm hoping the weight I regained will come off pretty quickly...that tends to be the case when I gain quickly, owing to bloating and such. Fingers crossed)
