As most of you who frequent the message board already know I had a horrible time last week and had a melt down of such.
My life since my husband died has been a sequence of meltdowns, followed by a sane period and then another meltdown.
Good thing the meltdowns are getting further apart. Bad thing I take them out on who ever is in my path which last which seemed to be you nice people who I felt were being mean to me. (Stupid as it sounds)
I would like to come back and hopefully work through my weight struggles and current life struggles with you nice folks if you will have me back.
welcome back. hugs!
its perfectly understandable to be angry and frustrated in your situation.

So glad you are back SmallSteps. Be gentle with yourself, it's not easy. I was widowed 4 years ago and the friends I'd made here were a lifeline. Even if I never talked about my loss, it was a familiar, supportive place. I hope it can be that for you too. There will be more meltdowns, some of them will sneak up on you for the silliest reasons. All you can do is hang on tight and ride through it. Your success rate has been 100% so you know you can hold on until you reach the other side.

SmallSteps I'm sorry about your loss. I didn't see your previous post. I searched and just saw it. I'm sorry about all you have gone through. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Welcome back and wishing you the best with your goals and transitioning. I have gone though several losses within a short period of time. Sometimes it feels like every day is a new and different challenge and they are all tough. It has been years since my last loss and I am just starting to feel joy again. Praying that you will begin to feel joy again, soon.
You certainly don't need to apologize to me smallsteps! Everyone has bad days and meltdowns, I know the feeling well! The fact that you are back means that you have the drive in you.
Welcome back!
