07/04/2015: 170.9
07/11/2015: 174.2 (+3.3) gained during the week, looks bad here but better on the weekly/monthly log
07/18/2015: 173.8 (-0.4)
07/25/2015: 170.5 (-3.3) only .4 down from my start, smh
08/01/2015: 174.0 (+3.5) well back to the drawing board,
08/08/2015: 173.2 (-0.8)
This challenge is doing me good as it's showing me, despite what my monthly challenge is doing, that I'm actually losing at a steady rate. Vacation messed with my mojo and the last 3 weeks have been yo-yo city with vacation, birthdays, margaritas, etc, but.... The scale is still going down and I cannot lose sight of that!
Challenge Goal Weight: 225.5 which is down 15 pounds.
07/04/2015: Begin Weight: 240.5
07/11/2015: 235.5 (-5.0)
07/18/2015: 232.3 (-8.2)
07/25/2015: 236.6 (-3.9) This is the day we got back from vacation.
08/01/2015: 233.8 (-6.7) Losing some of the vacation water weight.
08/08/2015: 229.8 (10.7) I have my period which has resulted in some MORE water retention.

Well, 2 more weeks and 10 pounds to lose to make goal. Hmm. Probably not going to happen. I really steered off path.
Anyway, hopefully I can get a little closer with the next couple of weeks. I've recommitted and I need to stay on track!!!!!!
This was the time of very huge, big frustrations. YES, we had a 6 day vacation thrown in there that threw me for a bit of a loop, but much of the time I was bouncing around between 229.8 and 232.8 - despite doing everything right. FINALLY, it started to let go of the pounds. And while many people don't like to weigh daily, weighing weekly doesn't mean you will always see a loss either.
AND... I made my goal and I have more time to keep chugging along!!!
Challenge Goal Weight: 225.5 which is down 15 pounds.
Unless a miracle happens, I am not going to make my goal this week. Not really upset about it though. It'll come off eventually! I'm just happy I'm out of the 220's and past 227. Plus I've gone from a size 20 to a size 16. YAY!

Yay, will update my weigh in chart later, thank you so much for hosting this challenge!! BTW you hosted my first one ever, which finally got my weight loss moving May of last year.
Borrowing my chart from Seemyfeet (thank you!) -
Challenge Begin Weight: 221.8 (4th of July)
Challenge Goal Weight: 209 (-12.8 lbs.)
••Challenge End Weight: 213
07/04/2015: Begin Weight: 221.8
07/13/2015: 220 lbs. (down 1.8 lbs. from my start, but up 1 lb. from my lowest, I think I am going through PMS right now, and sidebar today marks 17 months on my weight loss/healthier living journey, woohoo!)
07/20/2015: 220 lbs. lol, the great news is yesterday I weighed 2.6 lbs. heavier thanks to PMS water weight gain + about 2-3 binges, but I have been back on track since about the 17th, determined as ever, let's do this!!
07/27/2015: 222 and tmi but relevant TOM has arrived. Lately I've been eating in the 1800's calorie range, or higher and I guess my body doesn't like this, I don't know. Sighs
08/03/2015: 217.8 (I'd call this a new low, but actually my lowest was yesterday when I came in at 217.4 lbs. lol) *super thankful*
08/10/2015: 216 I've been at this weight for 3 days, ack lol. Happy still, just not satisfied come on Onederland!
08/17/2015: 216.2 (a little up from last week, but not too bad, I had a hellish week, and my cycle still hasn't kicked in yet lol #pmsproblems #pmsbinges)
08/24/2015: 217 a gift considering the week I've had, 3 really crappy days, little exercise (though I am proud of those 2 days I did do ) here's to a better day tomorrow!
08/31/2015: 213.2
09/07/2015: End Weight: 213
I am 4 lbs. heavier than my goal, but I lost 8.8 lbs. *WOOHOO* lol , very thankful and my lowest weight yet! I can't wait until our next challenge, thank you for hosting us SmallSteps, and congratulations to everyone who participated.
Woohoo! Ironically, I was initially going to go for 20 pounds, but thought that was unrealistic. YAY!!! (and this is really good after a very long 6 weeks that I lost nearly NOTHING).
