I am still fighting hard. TTOM just started. Of course, right here at the end of the month, just like clockwork. Just what I need, to be a bloated mess at the end of the month.
I have been working with some guided meditations. I feel that I am making some progress, although very slow progress with some food struggles I have dealt with all of my life. Hopefully this is true, long term progress that will be helpful for the long haul.
SW: (June 1st) - around 61kg (134lbs)
GW: x (anything that starts with 59.xxKg would be good enough).
it's already come down to 59.5kg lowest throughout the month but it's been fluctuating between that and 60.5kg

Hi Diana, How are you? I like your goal for June. That was my goal also. I am really struggling this go around. I lose and then gain and then repeat the same cycle. I don't know how to get things going routinely now.
Hi Rennie I'm doing fine, still hanging in there. I'm sorry that you are struggling. Just keep trying. You have the foundation and know what you need to do. I made that goal toward the end of April, but haven't been able to attain it, yet. I appear to be maintaining. I'll keep trying though. I have tweaked my calories and foods a bit, but it's still the same. I'll keep trying though.
Overall, I'm glad I am down slightly, but disappointed in the slowness of my progress.
I purchased a gym membership this month and have started going regularly. This week is a bit of a crap shoot because of the holiday tomorrow. I will be travelling to see family right after work today and I won't be able to get to the gym for the next few days.
I hope next month will have more downward progress.
