I've been at a baseball tournament all weekend, with some off plan food, so I'm glad to see a little loss!

Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend!! My best friend got married, I got to picnic with my family for the first Memorial Day in about 3 years (I moved to another state), and completely overindulged this weekend. So I know that I am not going to see what I want to see at the scales, but it was worth it to enjoy my family, friends, and the celebration.

I had to realize that life happens, and while not every day/weekend is going to be on plan I can't beat myself up over it. I have to live too. Starting today I'm back on track! Sadly my scale said 230, boyfriends scale said 227. I think I like his better (I also know there is a lot of dehydration and bloating in those numbers).

AND I finally got a call for an interview!! SO Excited!! Hope everyones week will be amazing and give them results they want!!

Oh what a week....I feel like I'm coming apart at the seams. I teach, and it's exam week next week... I swear I am a lot more stressed than any of the children! Done this many times now, not sure what's so terrifying about this year...but the panic will be over soon. Breaking into onederland as they break through their papers....hopefully

Hey guys, I'm here. Most of you know I was struggling after three months of hitting it hard. It's a new month, and I had a great day yesterday. I'm planning another good day today. I know what derails me, and what I need to do. I just need to do it.

Just saw this challenge and would like to join in as well...
I weighed at 288.2 yesterday and since there are only 4more weeks to Independence day, I would like to set my goal to 275lbs!! That was the weight I was at when I found I was pregnant. So it would be a great milestone to achieve on my way back hope I can make it to the goal!!!

----

updating---goal to 280lbs now that the initial wooshes are gone...280lbs is a more realistic goal

06.05 - 201

Have had 9 days floating around between 200 and 202... up and down, totally unpredictable with regards to activity and diet. Seems like it is time to change up.

I have been really lucky to get about 32lb off 'effortlessly' since the end of March just through my diet, and a bit of casual walking, but obviously the body adapts..... easy to identify some changes I can make.

I am going to walk with more determination for the next three weeks. After that, I am on holiday for 8 weeks, and I am going to start swimming daily, cycling a few times a week and building my walking back up into running.

I have been tracking on MFP for a few days to check that I'm not eating too much, but instead had the shock that most days I eat 800 calories.... THAT needs to change. My new aim is to be at around 1200.

It has just been exam period for my students, and we've all been totally wired - lots of de-stress (the exercise will help) and a lot more SLEEP needed - can't lose weight without sleeping.

Partner and I have a huge house-move in two-three weeks, so I'm glad the stress of that hasn't thrown me off. Just got to get through that time making small improvements. It's a shame that I have stalled at this 'significant' number, but it's just a number - looking and feeling good.

Hope everyone else is going well x

Bramblefox: I'm sure that it is frustrating being so close to onederland, but just hovering above. I think adding a little more like you are mentioning is a good idea!

Harjap: Sounds like good goals!

I'm still here and working hard this week. I hope it pays of on Friday. I was doing so well January through March, then I changed jobs in April and stalled for two months. I'm trying to get my progress and motivation back to where they were. One day at a time.
