I'm wondering if you might benefit from eating a larger lunch and smaller dinner. You're eating dinner an hour or two before bed, which is tough for digestion. A bigger lunch would hold you over longer and you likely wouldn't feel you need a big dinner. Just a thought! Play around with how you eat, what you eat, and when until you find what works.

I know its tough when you have a family, but you can just have a smaller serving of what you make for the family, and pack a larger portion as your lunch for the next day!

OK... I did it. Got through my whole afternoon without going off the rails. I know it's only one day, but you have to start somewhere!
