When I cook for next week, I plan to actually measure and count everything exactly instead of guessing again. Also skipped two workouts this week and did not do the best on water in the last few days. So my plan for next week, to be more strict with calories, recommit to drinking 8-9 glasses of water, and exercise at least 6 days. My goal is to finally be at 220 by next week.
Also completely failed to add in weight training this week. My goal is to do at least 2 days with weights.
