Thank you, it has been a hard week. My son is doing okay though. I wish I could be there with him.

Today I saw 173.8 on the scale. It will likely bump up again but it was nice to see that number for the first time.

I need some of you guy's motivation and success. I'm so stuck. We did our Thanksgiving yesterday and I overdid it all weekend. I didn't even log on Sat or Sun.

It's a new week. I gotta get back in the grove. I have doctor appt next Tuesday and I'm going to talk to her about my recent setbacks. Maybe she'll have some ideas.

Lilith, I went totally overboard this weekend too! Such a shame after I had a great week last week. And unlike you, I didn't have an early Thanksgiving this weekend I still have to get through actual Thanksgiving on Thursday, and a mini "Friendsgiving" on Saturday at my house.

I hope your doctor gives you some insight to help you get unstuck!

I'm so stuck lol At least I'm maintaining, I know that is just as difficult as losing. I try to remain down-to-earth and realistic about the whole journey as much as possible, but right now I can't help but see the last month+ as lost time. I know I'll get back into it eventually, but I am a little mad at myself for wasting a month! You know how much I could have done in a month?!

Just broke into the 180s at 189.8. Been on a similar thread before and am ready to get my weight down and keep it down.

Thanksgiving is over and now we have to get back to normal LOL. I bumped up to 177+ over last weekend and I'm down to 174.4 today. I think a lot of it was missing my walk over the weekend and not getting nearly enough sleep. The food didn't help either LOL

lotsakids - I'm about 10 pounds above you exactly, including the holiday weight. I went up to 187 after Thanksgiving and I'm 183.8 this morning. Whew. Glad you're getting back on track too!

Really looking forward to saying goodbye to the 180s by the end of this year! And HELLO to being overweight instead of obese!

Hi Everyone! So I really slid into some bad emotional eating last weekend, it was INSANE. I was 199 on Monday!!

I need to reset my system and habits so I'm doing a cleanse right now. This is day 5 of a 7 day cleanse and I'm 190 today. I know that most of it isn't fat, but it still feels good to be in control and see some lower numbers.

I also bought a treadmill and have been doing 15 minutes each morning - so that's helping too.

Last night I joined the protest in PDX and walked almost 3 miles. It feels good.
