Hope everyone had a smooth Monday!
I lost and gained these past few days. Not great but I did end the week with a half pound loss, lol. I will take it and run into the new week with more hope for whole numbers! Ha!
Kukkie, I'm sure the gain is the water weight, it will flush itself out soon. Indian food and the sodium, plus the influx of water will definitely cause retention! Best of luck in the next few days of weigh-ins!
jen, I'm dying to get into the 220's too. I keep going between mid 230's and low 240's. I know its my fault but man I'm dying to see 229!

Rennie, I get so mad at myself girl. I go to bed with such high hopes, wake up and am strong and focused, middle of the day I am still pretty focused, then 4pm-8pm I am SO weak. I talk myself into bad food and talk myself out of cardio. Weekends - same deal just that I always cave and just grab whats easy and fast and delicious at a restaurant.
Lots of things to change, but just going to focus day by day!
