I am finding each day that it gets easier to stay on plan, I look at each meal/snack as an opportunity to stick with this, I have the conscious decision to choose what I want to eat and how I want to feel after eating.

I agree, it does seem easier for me this time around , I think its SO important not to go too low for calories, really does make a difference in pretty much every way.. I dont have crazy cravings, I never feel starving & I'm still losing just as much, just much healthier now & have my energy I need for the day
I'm still participating! My scale broke in our move and I haven't had the fuss to replace the quality and I'm hesitant to go to a less than ideal for me scale.
