I don't know if I'll always do this, BUT, this last week I weighed myself daily. I thought I was holding onto something extra (which helps explain the drastic looking drop from 237 to 231.8).

Okay, so I went a little crazy on my birthday on Friday, and it took all weekend to recover from the bloat...lol. I woke up yesterday to 244.0 on the scale - OUCH! But, today, I was back down to 241.8, so it's looking like the overindulgence damage is starting to work it's way back down. This is going to set me back a little for my overall goal for September, but I will stay optimistic. Already started exercising again, and that's going to help!

Weigh-in was 240.2 this morning after being up for an hour or so, which is a 1.6 lb drop from yesterday, so I'm hopeful that this bloat is finally phased out completely. Such a nice surprise to see today...thank you, Scale! Haha. Going to continue drinking lots of water this afternoon.

So far I have lost 7 pounds in September! Yay! I'm raising my low days to allow me to have more probiotic filled foods. I just got off a thing antibiotics which is making my body icky. :P Other than that, I hope the next 7+ days are this awesome!

Thanks. I doubt this week will show those numbers like that! I feel TOM should (?) be coming and I stall out for days. And no exercise due to illness at the moment. So boooo.

bouncing around like mad. 200 today..TOM on way so not freaking out. burned 400 cals last night, ran 2.5 miles then cycled like 3. watching what I'm eating today. wanna work out again tonight I'm addicted!

Julie, TOM for me this month was interesting also. I had two days of pouring then barely anything, not complaining but just weird. Looks like you're on your way to joining the gym by your ticker, Way to GO

Searching thanks regarding the tooth. I still haven't found any place close that I believe I can afford. And my top teeth are already shifting and look quite awful so I'm actually afraid to have this tooth pulled and not be able to get something to put in it's place because I fear those teeth shifting also. Exercise is exercise and at least you're getting on your bike more than I can say for me. I don't like exercise either but once I'd get started when I didn't mind and it actually wasn't bad just in my head. I just need that push (or at this point) that kick Wow 3-4 cups of coffee a day ... is it regular 8oz cups or the travel size cups? I drink one travel size cup a day. I love coffee but if I drink too much my stomach hurts really bad then I get sleepy weird

Megan once post and we lost her, hope she returns.

invisagirl do you eat the Dreamfields pasta? I hear it's supposed to be better. I've had it a few times and I haven't paid attention to the difference. Though when I make it, I only make enough for me so I can't go over my serving size and I fix the regular for my family. My issue when I eat pasta is the garlic bread/rolls. I can't stop at one (I'm thinking I should just tell myself NO and not have any) though easier said then done When I need to take the baking soda I just put a little on my tongue, I'd think drinking it may cause bloat, which I definitely don't need . That's great that your hubby never says anything about your weight (mine either) just me. He does now tell me because of my diabetes that I shouldn't eat certain things and though I know he's right it still sends my mind steaming (silly right)

Sam I don't know if you remember that one year I ate cashews daily and they made me gain. I think the healthy (better) nut is supposed to be almonds which I don't like. I had started eating sunflower seed kernels and then read that too many of them aren't good for you. You can't win for losing in this journey at times
