I'm not sure what his issue is. Maybe it is insecurity. But he didn't have to come out the way he did. He tried to make me feel bad that I only spent about an hour with our daughter yesteday after I got back. I told him "better that than to die early because I'm overweight."
It makes sense, if I continue the way I am it only guarantees I'd die prematurely and where would that leave our little one?
I'm trying to include him as well, asking him to come with me on my walks and asking him if he'd like me to separate a serving for him of the food I'll be preparing. He doesn't really seem to be on board. Hopefully things will get better. This is only week 1.
