I went back to walking 1 mile on the treadmill at a speed of 1.7 which takes a little less than 35 minutes daily. I am also walking outside with my husband at least 4 times a week for .75 to 1 mile each time.

SKATING! Our church organized a skating party today and it was sooooo much fun!!! 117 pounds ago I would have found some excuse to not go and we would have stayed home, but today I laced up a pair of skates just like everyone else and we went and had a really great time. I can't wait to go again!

Exercise tapes, five or six days a week. I'm trying to fit in two sessions of strength training, but haven't quite gotten to that yet.

I try for 5-7 days a week. Usually get 5 but occasionally more. Mostly I walk 30-40 minutes or do a 40-50 minute workout in a pool. I also count whatever gardening I do and that's usually in addition but some days when I've done a lot of gardening, that's it for the day. Same holds true for those (few) days I do a lot of cleaning.
