I will stay on plan today because despite what my frequent relapses into eating poorly may imply, my mind and body feel much better when I'm not overeating.

Because despite working 50 hours this week and most days eating as I was working, and being exhausted from it all, I stuck to my plan, thus proving to myself that I really can do it.

Because I went horribly off plan over the weekend. Now I'm all swollen with the water weight and the scale says I'm up 7.4 lbs. Not worth it.
