Are there any veggies that you really like.trying to fill up on them helps.usually when I eat,I start with the veggies.I can eat a big bowl of them and get ready full.Maybe if you had a goal in mind...a special event soon, a friend to work-out with,etc..would help

seems like when we can see a difference,we know what we've been doing is working and that just strengthen us
I've decided to think like.."I am what I think I am".If i think that I'm a healthy, inshape person then I will live my life as such.Not over eating,Not letting food be the center of my life,pushing to move everday cause i know how it makes me feel,etc..
So..I made it through the Weekend at Mothers and didn't eat anything unhealthy or over eat!
mentality was strong.thought about eating some cookies i saw.wasn't hungry,Just wanted them but i thought it all out and end the end they were not worth it!WI @ 186.4 today and that's with little sleep/no BM and just being able to jog..so i'll take it.
