19Deltawifey: Congrats! I feel ya with the stalls I feel like ever since I started the gym that is what life has become, one huge stall. It's cool though. I hit 201.4 today, was 203.4 the previous day and was 203.4 again today so maybe if everyone wishes really hard I'll woosh down to 199 tomorrow LOL.

Bluejaybythesea: Byzanteum for the movie. Not sure yet if I'd recommend it, but I enjoyed it. Of course, the fact that it was a free preview generally helps w/the enjoyment factor. I even managed to skip my kryptonite, i.e., popcorn. (I do have it w/out butter...but still...)

Tonight I went to the gym and was another lb down. (yay!) Haven't seen these numbers in about a decade. 5 more lbs and I'm at my next mini-goal -- 3 stone lost. After that, it's 50# down for the next.

Hi everyone.

Scale read 199.8 this morning so I think I have officially reached one-derland. I tend to not really believe my new lows until I have seen them consistantly for a few days so if it still reads this after the week-end I'll be thrilled.

I'm in Canada so it's a long week-end here. Hope everyone has a good week-end.

I think I'm finally breaking through 214. I think the reason I've had a big problem getting past that weight is because it was the weight I maintained for quite awhile in 2008. I've heard that your body can hold on to these weights and make it hard for you to get past them once you reach it. I haven't been under 200 in my adult life, so hopefully there won't be anything to hold onto after this!

Jente, congrats on onderland!!! Woohoo!!! I've stalled out for quite awhile, but things are picking back up now so I should be right at your heels very soon.

That's some bob, SHTeach.

I thought I had blood sugar readings going in the right direction. They're not. I can't say I'm a saint on the eating, but I've been pretty well disciplined. It's very frustrating.

I'm TRYING my hardest!!! Since I've gotten serious about exercise my body isn't wanting to release the pounds. I do measurements on Friday though and I'm expecting some major drops there!
