HelloNurse - You'd be surprised how many of us can do days, even weeks at a time perfectly on track, excersize on track and the scale stay steady for WEEKS, and seemingly overnight drop 2-4 pounds. No we didn't 'lose' it overnight, we stayed on course and didn't let the scale knock us off balance. Eventually the body releases what it was holding on to just in case there's a famine we're putting it through. Don't hate on your whoosh fairy, enjoy the 1 lb loss, celebrate it and work on the next

I just started getting back on track Monday, so I will be seeing a few whooshes ( hopefully) this week... then I will REALLy have to work for it!
Ate on plan yesterday and went to the gym last night. Tonite... zumba! I don't know what it is about zumba ( yes, I'm late getting on the band wagon) but it just makes me feel so psyched about life when I'm done!! ( and sore! hehe)
smallsteps: Tom is NOT COOL! It makes us feel all yucky AND messes with the beloved scale! ( just think about the whoosh you will have on there when it's all over!
I'm going to keep track on the 1st page then transfer it to the last page, it's so hard for people to keep up with things on the 1st page as the month progresses, but it makes it easier on my eyes.

I still have to lose 4.6 to be back where I was last Monday before TOM hit, and then the 6 pounds I need to lose this month to stay on track. Sighhhhhhhhh
