Talking My First Weigh In
Hi All,

I'm pretty much new in this forum, and I just wanted to share. Hope you don't mind. Today was my first weigh in since I started on 4/6/03 and I LOST 11 POUNDS!!!! (Only 89 to go) I am so happy today. Well thanks for listening, I need to get my shoes on and get my rear out for a walk especially after the -out session over the weekend. Bye.
