Because i deserve it! To put my own health as a priority because its not just about me feeling good or looking even better but for my hubby and daughter so im an example that we have go take care of ourselves!

Because over the weekend I am seeing two different friends whom I have not seen for a while and I know I look much better than when they saw me before... I don't have to be embarrassed about all the weight I have gained because I have actually lost a lot

Because this morning I realized I had no clean underwear so dug into my "too small" drawer -- and the ones I bought recently but found they were too small... fit. I know that is a terrible sentence LOL

Because I can honestly say that seeing all the photos people are posting on FB of their greasy turkeys and huge pig-out meals is really kind of revolting to me!
