I'm still here! Tempting goodies at work and then TOM coming to visit has derailed me. I am going tomorrow to buy an elliptical. I'm super excited to be able to set up my home gym and see some real results. I'll be in the 230's soon!!!

Holding steady at 248.0...I was a little bad this weekend so I'm glad there wasn't a gain. Hopefully if I stick to my calories this week (maybe even on Thanksgiving if I can manage it) I'll see a loss at the end of the week. I really want to make my goal of getting into the 230's by my vacation on Dec 21st. That's only 9 more pounds, so you'd think I'd be able to, but with how slow things have been going lately, I'm just not sure. Guess we shall see!

Well the scale said 239.9 this morning! However, this is the week where I will eat stuffing, so I'm not going to declare victory over the 240's until after this week.

Hopefully my new ellipitcal will be here very soon and I can really get back to regular workouts.

Teresa - Congrats on seeing the 230's!! I bet you'll do better this holiday than you think!

I was horrible last night which A)couldve been because I let myself go a bit over the weekend and my willpower was down or B)TOM is on the way or a bit of both. I'm not going to let my night dictate my day, however, and I'm determined to be under calorie today. It CAN be done.

Hey there!
I weighed myself this morning for motivation to stay on plan for Thanksgiving and *drumroll* I am at 249.6 or 249.4. The weigh in did help today, I stayed on plan. I ate a little less than 1700 calories but I just couldn't get a workout in.

I got a long weekend coming. Fri getting together with friends. Sat is my birthday and I will be having lunch. I will be working out this weekend!! I hope to report lower numbers next week. I am so happy to be here

Nice Job Ann!! I wish I had shown that much resolve...but really, I'm not sure how many calories I had. I know that I cooked most everything from www.skinnytaste.com, so that helped. But the stuffing wasnt from that website and that is what I ate the most off haha. Until I dropped the whole tupperware of leftovers on the floor, that is. Sadness!

Yesterday morning I saw 247.6! But, of course, after yesterday, it was back up to 248.4. Still, probably water weight, so I'm drinking my fluids today and will see how this weekend goes.

Misti - I hope your Thanksgiving was great!

I see lots of familiar faces here in the 240s - hi guys! Weighed in at 249.6 this morning, looking forward to tomorrow's official weigh-in, especially after a rough one last week (family visiting + convention out of state with friends).

I'm still swinging back and forth around 245... It just seems like one day "off" turns into 5 and then I have to start again. I have in the past been successful losing weight during the holidays, I'm going to try my best!
