Glad to hear everyone is doing well! I am pretty on plan, especially considering the stress at home right now (very sick kitty that needs put down, husband out of town, so dealing with that without him is even harder). I drank too many vodka crans tonight but finished with a reasonable dinner and some sadness chocolate. Hoping to make it through the weekend with a reasonable diet.

Jenicra - I am so sorry! Poor baby kitty I understand the need for vodka during times like that for sure, it's so hard. My heart goes out to you guys.

241.6 for me this morning.

Said goodbye to my sweet old cat yesterday. A hard day, but somehow managed to keep my eating reasonable (despite all the food-related pity party events!) I'm down to 247.6 this morning. Just one pound away from 60 pounds & 20% lost! LebenAlles - thanks for the condolences and wow - 241 already??!?

so sorry about your kitty! I've been there with my dog and it took a while for me to get over it.

Great that you are almost at 60lbs!!

Jenicra - Yeah, this Rapid Fat Loss thing really is rapid. It's pretty crazy. Sorry again about your kitty. Hang in there!

243.2 this morning though, because of my 'free meal' on Saturday that I was alotted. I'm thinking that'll be gone tomorrow morning though, since I didn't go nuts for that meal and got right back on plan. I was disappointed in this morning's weigh in but I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday so I'm hoping today will work that out. Still, 7 lbs in seven days...nothing to complain about. Two more weeks left of RFL!

Jenicra sorry to hear about the loss of your cat I am a cat person and it is tough to lose one. They become family.

No change in my weight today. At least it did not go up

DW and I had our lunch at the Golden Corral, I ate no meat or fish, I just veggied out. I went onto the Golden Corral web site to make sure my calorie counts were right, So far today I have only had 421 calories and lunch is our big meal of the day. I am not sure yet what to fix for dinner, but I should add some protein in. My ratio today so far is 48% fat, 41% carbs, and 11% protein. I was surprised to see that most of the fat was contained in the Steamed Broccoli, Steamed Carrots and in the Squash Medley. I would never have guessed that.

Thank you all for your support. Today has been a little easier, I've kept busy. And on plan. I even exercised.

I haven't seen that low number since then, so maybe it was a fluke - oh well. Still close! 246.8 this morning.

Hey I am just checking in. My weight is up slightly, I think due to my food choices (retaining water). I am going hardcore the next few weeks. I was slacking on water and workout. So back to a detailed regimine of what works. I am not going to weigh (hopefully) for a week or until Dec 29 or Jan 1. I am not really depressed but I don't want to get there right now. If I keep weighing myself then it could turn into disaster. I am trying to get over an ED and the scale won't help matters I'll check in later.

RoyalAthena, I understand how you feel. Sometimes its better not to know what the scale has to say. You still have 3 more weeks to kick some major butt and get out the 240s.
Best of luck!
