TOASTED ~ I have used the "I'll do it later one too" but then later never comes. Now, I do some toning ones as soon as I wake up -- that way I can't put it off. Little strategies like that have helped me a lot. I have tweaked my exercise down to a few things I really like (or don't mind too much) and scatter them throughout the day and week; but if I miss any, I don't really get too upset about it ...
