congrats dana! as long as you plan and don't eat fast food every day, it will be easier! (oh, and as long as the coworkers don't bring in doughnuts! aaah!) since i'm lazy, it's usually a TV dinner.
Congratulations Dana! Here is what I do: Sunday I plan everything for the next week. I make up my work out plan and stick to it, it;s a self-promise. I also shop for all clean food for the house and stick some meat in the fridge to thaw. When I am on days (I work 12 hour shifts rotating from days to nights every month) I wake up at 0500 and cook a days worth of meals. The night before I have packed my gym bag so I only have to pack my work bag which already has my PC and other gadgets in it. I work all day and go to the gym after. When I am on nights I get up at 1600 and workout while watching Opraha. Then I do the same minus the gym bag.
The kiddos get use to yo working and it lets them stretch their wings while giving you more experiences to share with them. My son is very proud of his buttkicking, chemist mother.
