Hi ladies! I'm new to this challenge but I've been keeping track of my progress since July 2nd because that's when I started. I'm jumping in to keep myself accountable for the rest of the month!
Food: 1,200 - 1,400 calories per day
Exercise: exercise on planned days
Water: At least 64 oz a day
1: 0
2: 2 (didn't eat enough calories)
3: 4
4: 4
5: 3 (didn't get my 64 oz)
6: 4
7: 4
8: 2 (no exercise and not enough water)
9: 4
10: 4
11: 4
12: 3 (missed my water goal, not by much though)
13: 2 (ate over my calories; went to Chicago today for the weekend, what can I say lol)
14: 1 (still in Chicago; hey at least I get a point for walking around for 6 hours! lol)
15: 0 (came home today from Chicago; came close to meeting my water goal but no cigar)
16: 2 (didn't make my calorie range but it was on purpose because I ate so much over the weekend lol)
17: 4 (yes!)
18: 4
19: 4
20: 4
21: 4
22: 3 (planned rest day for exercise)
23: 4
24: 4
25: 4
26: 4
27: 4
28: 2 (fell under 1,200 calories today...just wasn't hungry for dinner)
29: 1 (ate less than 1,200 again today and no exercise because it was a rest day)
30: 4 (ONE MORE DAY!! WOOO HOOO!!!!)
31: 4 (YES!!! DONE WITH THE MONTH!!)
