I will stay on plan today because I want to drop that 50 pounds so I can go to Disney World! Eating healthy and exercising will get me there!

I will stay on my plan today because Thanksgiving will be here before I know it!

I likely won't see my family again until Thanksgiving so I want to be sure to give them quite a shock over my new healthy, strong, fit body!

I have plenty of time to make a lot of great changes but it takes staying on plan everyday to make it happen. Every day I live healthy is a day closer...
