- Rachel realizes that it will take time for her shoulder replacement to heal and not hurt. I am grateful she is admitting this.

* I slept great last night and woke up feeling so refreshed!
* I feel energetic and strong today, after working out the past couple days. Today is my rest day but I think I'll take a walk and do some light yoga anyway!
* Enjoyed delicious, fresh, homemade fruit salad for breakfast. Great way to start the day!
* Can't wait to see my boyfriend for lunch today!
