Yes. Cold. I'm the one who eschews socks and winter coats. I'd say....I go from my house to the car to the office and vice versa. Why WEAR my coat? And, of course, you know when I'm outside for any length of time (dog walking) YES, I wear a coat. Not so since I started losing weight. Cold, lots and often.
What you must do is get warm. Put on a space heater directed right at you (I do this at work). At home, take a hot shower or bath and dress warmly afterwards. Use a blanket on the couch. Get a herbal pellet bag that you heat in the microwave and put it under a blanket with you. VACUUM - I swear when I vacuum my body temp rises.
It is because of the reduced calories - calories are needed to regulate your body temp and b/c we're cutting back our bodies are fighting back. Sometimes, we do need to eat a little more. I've found that if I'm freezing and feeling slightly unwell, a cup of tea with with milk and a slice of toast can make the difference.
The bottom line is.....do something to get warm. It isn't healthy to be cold for lengths of time, and it sure isn't comfortable.
