Hope you dont mind if I join! Although I only started three weeks ago to lose weight (again, lost over 70, put back on over 50 grazing and eating like a horse after losing it and finishing my plan lol)
January 20th - Starting weight 252 lbs.
February 1st - 246 lbs (- 6 lbs)
March 1st - (down 4.5 lbs so far for month Feb, will compile and add for March first)
