Jo, I thought I was going to be the only one to post a gain. I showed up 1.6 at weigh in yesterday. It's down some today but not to last week's weight yet. Maybe by next weigh in.
I weighed in at 204.5...I've been off plan for a few weeks, and last week the scale was reading 209 It's TOM for me too, so I'm hoping that next week, I am back at 203.

Congratulations on most everyone's success. I only lost one pound this week, but my pants feel looser -- I did three 2 mile walks at a pretty good clip.
I feel like it would have been a better week on the diet front, but we went to a friend's house last night and ate too much pizza, drank two glasses of wine and watched "Waking Life." Has anyone seen that movie? Pretty interesting...
I really am inspired by everyone on the site; keep up the hard work!
