Thumbs down Weekly Weigh-In 6/17-6/23

Wishing you all a wonderful OP week with a nice visit from the weightloss fairy.

For a little bit of inspiration...I added 76 lbs to the totals this week!!!! We are just awseome!

I weighed in the same this morning, which is a good thing since I've been off plan for 4 days. Day 1 for me for another streak. I am aiming for at least a 1 lb loss. I can do this!

I lost 2 pounds this week!!!

That brings my new total to 49 pounds lost, with 56 to go.
I can't wait to see the other side of 200. I don't even know when the last time I saw that was.

Thanks everyone for the support!

By getting to 201, I have crossed the line from obesity to overweight!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, it's a silly thing, maybe even a little arbitrary (BMI Calculators), but it tickles me anyway. Good-bye obesity. Hello overweight!

It's amazing what that one little word means, JML! Just think how you'll feel when that first number is a 1..... Keep up the good work!

Well, Jennifer, you can add 6 more to that weightloss total. I've had a miracle happen to me this week! I thought I had gained! You'll be on plan soon, Jennifer. Just keep plugging away. You'll lose a couple of pounds just moving, won't you?

Jeanne, I'm so happy for you! 49 is so great! You'll be in the 100's so soon! I don't remember the 100's. Good job. Keep it up.

Kim, keep up the great work! 23.5 is also excellent! You keep it up, too.

Well, I did it. Was weighed for the first time since March. LOST one (that's 1) pound. I confess I was a bit disappointed it wasn't 2 or 3. But it was DOWN.

I've told myself all along this would not be about what I weigh but about how I feel. I feel lots better and clothes feel much better than a 1 pd loss would indicate. So I'll be happy about those things and work hard at least to keep the right direction.

So now my next mini-goal (which had been five) is set at 2, then 5, then 10.

Angry Post cruise weigh in report!

I gained two pounds on my cruise. Why a happy face then?? I am so glad it isnt more. I really did eat (and drink mixed drinks too!!) way more than I usually do at home. I think all the walking we did on the ship and in Bermuda helped a lot. I am sure it could have been 3 or 4 if it wasnt for that. I got back on track yesterday and will probably weigh in again today hoping some of it was water retention?? (one can always hope!!)

Congrats to all the losers and a BIG congrats to Velvet. How amazing is that??

JML-A SUPER big congrats to you for not being OBESE any more. I tell you that must be a great feeling. I know that nobody but us could understand this!

Jenniffer-You have such a great outlook. I bet the next time a big weekend party comes up you will think twice, huh??

Inca's mom-I dont blame you for not checking again! I would be the same way-pretty soon you will be at your 10% mark with greater health as your reward.

anagram-I know how disappointed you must be feeling but atleast you didnt gain a pound or two. If you have been exercising a lot I bet you are building muscle. So even if the scale isnt moving much you are shrinking in size which is what is most important!!

will report any changes as they happen in the weight loss!!

YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOEEEEEEYYYYYY!

I hate to brag, but I need to too! lmao I weighed in at 213 lbs this morning. I finally got back into the swing of things and I feel like my old self. What a few lbs could do to your mindset is amazing. I've been really OP for about two weeks now, with a few minor slips last weekend. But all in all I was still doing pretty well. So now..it's paying off. Just shows me AGAIN that in order to get what I want, I must do it. Not just when it's convienant for me, but consitantly. And you know what? Like last time, it's getting easier. Right now, am feeling very strong. I wish I could bottle this feeling up and release it when things get tough.

Congrats everyone!!!!!

I'm in a total state of shock.. I have no idea how I managed it but Mr. Scale showed me at 239 this morning! YA HOO I'm under 240!!! That gives me a 5 pound loss since last Friday and 21 pound total loss. Perhaps it was the water either way I'm overjoyed!

Congrats to all losers this week, we all seem to have had a wonderful loss!

JML I can't wait until I'm Overweight! lol Way To Go on you loss of obesity!!

Anagram it sounds like you have the right frame of mind. If you are feeling good you don't need a scale to tell you anything otherwise. Keep up the good work!

Lorelei you must have had a blast on your cruise, those little pounds will melt away in no time and I'm sure they we're well worth it.

Saturday morning weigh-in, and I'm dancing all the way to the computer!

lost 5.5 lbs for a grand total of 15.5! I'm sure the cold contributed to that number, but I'm on the mend and so proud of myself, I think I'll take a walk! Oh, and my July 4th goal of 250 was reached almost 2 weeks early!

Yay me!

Debbers - WTG on meeting your July 4 goal early! I haven't met a goal early yet. Here's hoping that I will make my July 12 goal of 215 - that's 9.5 lbs. in 20 days.
