Since I started walking on May 31, 2011, I have walked 300 miles! I looked at my tracker and it was at 300 today. I wasn't sure if I would stick with the walking or not but it's become a regular part of my day. Now, if I don't walk, it feels weird.
Great job Madame ! I like to walk also. I do alot of classes at the gym also. Triple Threat, Zumba, Kickboxing . I love Kickboxing ! Also water aerobics ! Then hottub and sauna. All done at the YMCA I love this place!
