I lost 3.5 pounds this week. I was thinking it would be nice to be under 250 by Easter (that was originally my Christmas 2002 goal Better late than never )
I am back up again. I knew that I couldn't stay at a decent weight if I kept up my bad eating, bad exercising, and regular soda and margaritas. Oh well, I guess I should have seen it coming. I will be back on track though.
