yep! been there! done that! ha

but YEAH! about dropping those sizes!!

I guarantee you're also going to have the experience of going into the dressing room and trying on a blouse or pants and saying to yourself: omg, I can't believe I can wear this size now, and I can REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE! and you'll take your own breath away and feel a little weepy.

Some shopping excursions are like that. A second trip to different stores (or the same stores once they've got more winter stuff in) might be worth your while, or just ordering online if any of the manufacturers or retailers you like have online shops. Or if what's available isn't too bad, maybe you could just buy a couple pairs as a stop-gap until you're in 16s. It's probably not much consolation, but FWIW I've got a quite noticeable amount of varicosity on my legs, and I'm in my mid-20s.

I had these types of shopping excursions for the first 50lbs or so, and I agree with everyone: it gets better!!!

One thing that really helped me look better in clothes, was getting a bra that fit. So important. But yeah, I remember taking photos in the dressing room to my husband and my legs looked a mess! My inner thighs looked like biscuit dough, and I reminded myself of the "saggy, baggy, elephant" or something close to it. Then I would beat myself up for working so hard on weightloss and exercise and looking so hideous in the mirror!

But with the exception of bathing suit shopping (which really, what woman actually enjoys that experience?), I usually am happy in the dressing room now. Clothes look so much better on me now than they did a year ago. Keep going!
